Their signature dish, the Sea Basket for Two, showcases a generous assortment of crispy battered fish, calamari, and prawns, offering a satisfying variety for sharing. Customers consistently praise the freshness of the fish and the golden, flaky batter that encases it. The chips, though occasionally described as soggily cold by some, remain a crowd favorite for their addictive seasoning and comforting crunch. In summary, The Crab Pot Woorim delivers an authentic taste of Australian fish and chips culture with an inviting vibe. Chicken meat was a tad too dry for my liking but the skin was crispy and the seasoning was delicious. Partner thought it was fine. I like my chips just a bit more crunchier but these still had a decent amount of crunch to them. I would still come back for more next time in in town.

This establishment is truly fantastic, and it is understandably popular during lunchtime hours. I experienced a wait time of approximately 25 minutes before my order was ready for collection. The fish and chips were exceptionally delicious, and the burgers were equally impressive in both quality and flavor. However, I would like to kindly suggest a review of the pricing. Slightly more reasonable prices would be greatly appreciated, particularly by tourists who often encounter inflated costs elsewhere. Offering fairer pricing could further enhance the already excellent reputation of this venue.

I recently visited the crab pot, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff were super friendly and helpful, guiding me through their extensive menu. I decided to go with the classic battered barra and a side of crispy chips, and I was not disappointed! The fish was perfectly cooked – flaky on the inside with a beautifully golden batter on the outside. It was evident that they use fresh fish, and the flavor was outstanding! The portion sizes were generous, making it great value for money. The chips were just as impressive – golden, crunchy, and seasoned to perfection. I also tried their homemade tartar sauce, which was the cherry on top! What really stood out to me was the attention to cleanliness and safety. The restaurant followed all health guidelines, which made me feel comfortable dining in. If you’re in the mood for fish and chips, I highly recommend checking out the Crab Pot. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this place is a must-visit!
